Once you setup a few options to your specifications, Neoshooter runs in the system tray and anytime you take a screen shot it automatically saves it and archives it. You can also specify the output image size, file type, and even have a thumbnail made of each screen shot, all effortlessly. The program is also very lightweight and I feel is a must download for anyone who takes screen shots a lot.
