Ive finally made the leap to Vista. Yesterday I did a fresh install of Windows Vista Ultimate on my computer that was previously running XP Professional SP3. My computer is a 2.8GHz Pentium 4 with 1.5GB of DDR ram, and a Nvidia GeForce 6800 with 256MB DDR2 ram; and now with Vista installed it runs much better than it did with XP. Now of course I did some minor tweaking here and there to Vista to get it under my complete control, but now I am loving it.

Me having a love/hate relationship with Microsoft I was still in good spirits about Vista working properly and me liking it before the install, and now I am sure that it is the only operating system for me to use. I would say to all those Vista naysayers out there to at least give it a try if your PC is powerful enough to run it, I am sure you will be surprised how much you will love it.

In closing I apologize about the lack of post’s around here the past few weeks, but I will now resume my usual posting schedule, and look for the Weekly File to return.
