As a web designer I write a lot of code by hand and my choice program to do so is Notepad++. It has tons of features and works great for editing all types of code as it recognizes many code’s syntax’s and makes it super easy to work with your code. Not to mention it is a small, lightweight, and free program which I recommend to anyone who is currently using Windows Notepad or Wordpad.
