Some simple tips for use of Hiren’s boot disk are; make sure you change your BIOS settings to “Boot from CD First” in order to run Hiren’s Disk before windows starts (or doesn’t), and you can also pop Hiren’s Disk in your CD Drive whilst windows is running and use the tools inside of windows from a nice lightweight menu.
